A commanding and architecturally expressive specimen of Stylophora pistillata, often referred to as Elkhorn Coral in the trade, sourced from the Solomon Islands. Weighing approximately 6.68 kg, this is a substantial and visually striking colony, distinguished by its bold structure and refined surface detail.

This specimen exhibits a well-developed branching form, with thick, antler-like projections radiating outward and upward in a balanced, open framework. The growth pattern is both robust and elegant: primary branches extend confidently before dividing into shorter, tapered tips, creating a layered, almost sculptural silhouette. Compared to denser Pocillopora forms, this colony feels more spacious and directional, with a dynamic sense of movement.

The surface is finely textured with small, evenly distributed corallites, giving the skeleton a subtly granular appearance. Its natural white coloration accentuates the interplay of light across the branching structure, highlighting both the strength of the main arms and the delicacy of their terminal points.

This is a mature and well-preserved specimen, with strong structural integrity and minimal breakage—an excellent example of the species’ characteristic growth in stable reef environments.

This specimen is sold in full compliance with CITES regulations and is available exclusively within EU countries, accompanied by the appropriate documentation ensuring legal and traceable trade.

A bold and sculptural natural piece, offering both visual presence and a refined expression of coral growth—well suited for collectors, display, or educational contexts.
