Packaging: To ensure the safe delivery of your order, multiple items may be packed together, while others may be shipped in separate packages to prevent damage during transit. Our priority is to deliver your items in perfect condition.
Return Policy
Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately to find the solution that will make you happy. Please retain the packaging and photograph the damage for our records.
Items Not as Expected: If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Returns for this reason must be initiated within 14 days of the item’s arrival. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
