2. Accuracy of the Content
2.1 Latiaxis S.r.l. makes considerable efforts to ensure that the information published is accurate and up-to-date. However, it is not possible to guarantee the total absence of errors on the Site. The information and documents published may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. In any case, the weights, dimensions, and volumes of the products are indicative; furthermore, despite all reasonable efforts to ensure that the colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible, it is impossible to guarantee that the colors displayed on the User’s screen will exactly match the delivered products.
2.2 Latiaxis S.r.l. reserves the right to modify, at its own discretion, the contents of the Website and legal notes at any time, without prior notice and without publishing or sending any information about it.
2.3 Access to the Site and its use may be subject to interruptions; Latiaxis S.r.l. is not and cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of accessing or using the Site.
2.4 Accuracy of species determinations and the indication of location or other accessory data of the finds: despite careful control of the sources, research published to date, and many updates, the species names of some finds may still be inaccurate or outdated. Scientific updates frequently change the names and classification of species, and unfortunately, many items are sold with generic and/or incomplete location names. Geological formations, which are essential for understanding in some cases which species a fossil specimen belongs to, are not always provided by the suppliers. This may result in incomplete or inaccurate data being displayed on the Site, not due to any negligence by Latiaxis S.r.l., but rather due to external contributing factors from certain world locations. Latiaxis S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or incomplete data provided with the find for sale.
3. Prices
3.1 The selling price of each product is the one published on the Site at the time the User submits the relevant purchase order. This price is confirmed in the e-mail by which Latiaxis S.r.l. certifies receipt of the purchase order.
3.2 All prices published are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are indicated during the formation of the purchase order and are included in the total price reported in the order.
3.3 Should Latiaxis S.r.l. find a manifest error in the indication of the price of the products ordered or shipping costs, the User will be informed as soon as possible and offered the option to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. In the latter case, Latiaxis S.r.l. will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the communication in which the User informs Latiaxis S.r.l. of their choice to cancel the order.
4. Online Purchases
4.1 The acceptance of each purchase order is subject to the availability of the relevant product. The products offered on the Site may not be available or may be available in limited quantities.
4.2 The purchase procedure consists of the following steps:

This confirmation is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User and contains all order details (order ID, User information, product(s) information, total price, payment method, and delivery costs).
4.4 Within 48 hours of receiving the purchase order, Latiaxis S.r.l. will email the acceptance of the order and ship the relevant product(s).
5. Payment
5.1 The accepted payment methods are indicated on the Site.
6. Acceptance of the Purchase Order
6.1 The sales contract is concluded upon the acceptance of the purchase order by Latiaxis S.r.l.
6.2 Latiaxis S.r.l. reserves the right to reject an order, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
7. Delivery
7.1 Latiaxis S.r.l. will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products within the timeframes indicated in the order acceptance. These deadlines are indicative, and Latiaxis S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for their compliance. If it is not possible to meet these deadlines, Latiaxis S.r.l. will inform the User within 30 days of receiving the order. The incorrect communication of an address is the responsibility of the User and may result in additional expenses that will be recovered from the User.
7.2 All goods will be shipped by Latiaxis S.r.l. If the product is not delivered within the indicated time, contact Latiaxis S.r.l. at info@latiaxis.com or at +39 019 263410 (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00, excluding holidays), indicating your customer number or order number. In case of non-receipt of the product within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the order, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund of the price paid.
7.3 Shipments are made via courier. A signature is required upon delivery. The User may authorize a person other than themselves to sign for the delivery, provided that person is present at the specified address. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the courier.
8. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments
8.1 Upon delivery, the User is required to check that the packaging is not damaged. If the product is damaged or does not comply with the order, the User should not accept the shipment and must clearly note the nature of the damage and/or error on the delivery note.
8.2 The User must notify Latiaxis S.r.l. of the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@latiaxis.com.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1 The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty if the ordered goods are damaged. In this case, the User must refuse the package, report the problem to the courier, and note it on the appropriate form.

11. Use of Your Information

However, the use of personally identifiable information (such as name, address, tax code, and phone number) by Latiaxis S.r.l. is subject to the Site’s Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Italian law.
